OK so you have put together a meal with two of my favorites, salmon and risotto. but the rocket is new to me and perhaps will be added in future. The beauty of this dish is its simplicity. By the way, I'm a first time visitor who came from Duta's blog and we love preparing seafood dishes in our home.
